Yes. Each notebook and accessory is crafted in small batches using carefully selected fabrics and hand-assembled materials. No two items are exactly alike — and that’s intentional.
How durable are the fabric covers?
Our covers are designed to be both beautiful and practical. The fabric is tightly bound, and stitching is reinforced to handle regular daily use while maintaining its form and detail.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Every order includes tracking. Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item may already be in production. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos. We’ll resolve it with either a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
