What are your shipping options and costs?
We ship worldwide, with three options:
Free Shipping — Orders over $90 USD | 12–20 business days
Standard Shipping — $6.99 USD | 12–20 business days
Express Shipping — $14.99 USD | 8–14 business days
Do you provide tracking for my order?
Yes. All shipping methods include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How durable are the fabric covers?
Our covers are made to be both beautiful and functional. The fabric is tightly bound, and stitching is reinforced to handle regular daily use while keeping its shape and detail.
How many pages are in each notebook?
Each notebook contains around 105 pages, available in your choice of blank, lined, or grid format.
What materials do you use?
We use carefully sourced fabrics — including woven jacquard, embroidered textiles, silk and premium cotton blends — paired with 120gsm smooth paper. This thickness makes our notebooks suitable for most pens, markers, and even fountain pens with minimal bleed-through.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Will the pages work with fountain pens and markers?
Yes — our 120gsm paper is smooth and thick enough for most fountain pens, gel pens, and fine liners. Heavier markers or brush pens may show slight shadowing, but not significant bleed-through.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it for you. Once shipped, we cannot change the destination, and additional shipping costs may apply for resending.
My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
Please check your tracking first. If it's been significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
